- Native-language translation only (into your mother tongue)
- 5+ years of professional experience in a defined subject area
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Proficiency in at least one professional CAT tool (Trados, memoQ, Phrase, or equivalent)
- Awareness of AI-assisted translation workflows and how they affect your work
- EU or EEA residency preferred for GDPR projects (not mandatory)

Translator Application Questions
No. There is no exclusivity requirement. You can work with other agencies and direct clients while working with us. We assign projects based on your availability and specialism, and you decide whether to accept each one.
Payment is made within 30 days of invoice approval for each completed project. We use bank transfer. There are no minimum earnings thresholds before payment is released.
You do not need to use AI tools, but we value translators who understand how AI is affecting the profession. Translation is changing fast. We look for professionals who engage with these developments rather than ignore them, even if your workflow remains human-only.
Most of our projects use SDL Trados Studio, memoQ, or Phrase (formerly Memsource). Proficiency in at least one of these is expected. We can sometimes provide access to client-specific platforms on a project basis.
We aim to respond to every application within five business days. If your profile matches a current need, you may hear back sooner. We keep strong applications on file for future openings.
